Terms & Conditions
Exchange are only permitted in the following scenarios:
- The product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
- The item has gone out of stock.
- A detailed classification of damaged items includes:
- Physical damage to the product.
- Product malfunction or failure to work.
- Missing components or accessories.
- Any issues related to product quality such as fragrance not being as expected or the perfume not being long-lasting will not be considered for exchange or refund.
- Exchange requests can be made within 3 days of purchase with the original invoice.
- Products must not be opened or used in order to be eligible for an exchange.
- Products sent for exchange (if applicable) must be properly packed by the sender to prevent any damage or loss during transit; items received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
- You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, You will receive the tracking information, and our "Exchange Policy" will apply. Instead of refunding, we will provide the customer with a credit note or a discount code.
- Boutique De Royal may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, price errors; or failure of the credit card payment.
