Terms & Conditions

Exchange are only permitted in the following scenarios:

  • The product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
  • The item has gone out of stock.
  • A detailed classification of damaged items includes:
  • Physical damage to the product.
  • Product malfunction or failure to work.
  • Missing components or accessories.
  • Any issues related to product quality such as fragrance not being as expected or the perfume not being long-lasting will not be considered for exchange or refund.
  • Exchange requests can be made within 3 days of purchase with the original invoice.
  • Products must not be opened or used in order to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Products sent for exchange (if applicable) must be properly packed by the sender to prevent any damage or loss during transit; items received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
