Refunds are only permitted in the following scenarios:
- The product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
- The item has gone out of stock.
- A detailed classification of damaged items includes.
- Physical damage to the product.
- Product malfunction or failure to work.
- Missing components or accessories.
- Any issues related to product quality such as fragrance not being as expected or the perfume not being long-lasting will not be considered as damaged.
- Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice.
- Products must not be opened or used in order to be eligible for an exchange.
