  • Our returns and replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Any issues related to product quality such as fragrance not being as expected, change of mind or the perfume not being long-lasting will not be considered for exchange or refund.
  • Please note that in order to proceed with any claims related to damaged or missing items, we require a video recording of the parcel and each product opening process as part of our exchange policy along with the original invoice.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
  • The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
  • Products sent for exchange (if applicable) must be properly packed by the sender to prevent any damage or loss during transit; items received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
  • Orders placed via credit card or online payment systems must pass a fraud status check before processing. If flagged as “failed,” the order will be automatically canceled.
  • You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, You will receive the tracking information, and our "Exchange Policy" will apply.
  • Boutique De Royal has no "Refund Policy", we will provide the customer with a credit note or a voucher code.
  • Our maximum Cash on Delivery (COD) limit is PKR 30,000. Any amount above this limit is required to be paid online before dispatch.
  • Boutique De Royal may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, price errors; or failure of the credit card payment.
